As our creative team expands, DMC Consultancy is looking for a talented Videographer, Drone Operator & Editor to join our growing in-house production department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for a wide range of clients across industries. From aerial drone footage to cinematic promotional videos, you will be hands-on in creating engaging, impactful visuals that align with client brand messaging and campaign objectives.

We are looking for someone with a sharp creative eye, technical expertise in video production, and strong editing skills using the Adobe Creative Suite. A portfolio of previous work is essential to demonstrate both technical ability and creativity.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Capture high-quality video content using professional cameras and drones.
Operate drones safely in compliance with aviation regulations.
Edit and produce polished video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Suite tools.
Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
Capture and edit audio to a professional standard.
Organise and manage video files, maintaining efficient workflow and storage systems.
Travel to client sites to capture footage as required.
Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and project goals.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a videographer, drone operator, and editor.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom (Adobe Suite proficiency is essential).
Demonstrable portfolio of previous video and drone work.
Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, and sound.
Experience in aerial filming and understanding of drone safety regulations.
Strong storytelling ability and creative vision.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
Organised and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Full driver’s licence (role involves travel to shoots; location not accessible via public transport).
On-site role only.
Availability for occasional overtime.
