We are looking for a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Administrator / PA to Directors to join our growing team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines marketing coordination, sales administration, and executive support — ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

Support the rollout of marketing campaigns across DMC Consultancy and ICE Expo.
Prepare and send regular email mailshots and newsletters to clients and subscribers.
Create marketing materials and social media content using Canva.
Assist with website updates, campaign tracking, and digital content scheduling.
Help maintain CRM databases and manage contact lists for marketing activities.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and media partners to coordinate marketing activities.

Sales Administration

Prepare and send sales quotations, proposals, and invoices.
Follow up on client enquiries and ensure timely responses.
Support Directors with sales pipelines, reports, and lead tracking.
Maintain up-to-date client and project files.

Event Coordination – ICE Expo

Support the organisation of the ICE Expo, including exhibitor communication, sponsorship coordination, and event logistics.
Liaise with clients and exhibitors to ensure all event details and materials are in place.
Assist with promotional campaigns, booking management, and on-the-day event support.

PA & Office Support

Provide administrative and personal assistance to the Directors.
Coordinate diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in a marketing, sales support, or administrative role.
Proficiency in Canva (essential).
Strong writing and communication skills for client emails and marketing content.
Experience using email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic invoicing.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident working with clients, partners, and event exhibitors.
A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a videographer, drone operator, and editor.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom (Adobe Suite proficiency is essential).
Demonstrable portfolio of previous video and drone work.
Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, and sound.
Experience in aerial filming and understanding of drone safety regulations.
Strong storytelling ability and creative vision.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
Organised and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
