Full job description

As our creative team expands, DMC Consultancy is looking for a talented Videographer, Drone Operator & Editor to join our growing in-house production department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for a wide range of clients across industries. From aerial drone footage to cinematic promotional videos, you will be hands-on in creating engaging, impactful visuals that align with client brand messaging and campaign objectives.
We are looking for someone with a sharp creative eye, technical expertise in video production, and strong editing skills using the Adobe Creative Suite. A portfolio of previous work is essential to demonstrate both technical ability and creativity.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Capture high-quality video content using professional cameras and drones.
  • Operate drones safely in compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Edit and produce polished video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Suite tools.
  • Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
  • Capture and edit audio to a professional standard.
  • Organise and manage video files, maintaining efficient workflow and storage systems.
  • Travel to client sites to capture footage as required.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and project goals.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a videographer, drone operator, and editor.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom (Adobe Suite proficiency is essential).
  • Demonstrable portfolio of previous video and drone work.
  • Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, and sound.
  • Experience in aerial filming and understanding of drone safety regulations.
  • Strong storytelling ability and creative vision.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Organised and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Full driver’s licence (role involves travel to shoots; location not accessible via public transport).
  • On-site role only.
  • Availability for occasional overtime.
